We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting and cloud hosting accounts, provided the reason for refund is technical and within our control.

2 Non-Refundable Items

• Domain Registrations and Transfers
• VPS and Dedicated Servers
• SSL Certificates
• Crypto payments (due to volatility and transaction fees)

3 Violations

Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for any refund.
